After numerous emails and calls, finally got part of the problem solved.  Seems they "forgot" to activate the part that allows you to send pix messagess and access the web.  Now that's semi sorted, I can send a pxt message (as I get a response to say it's sent to a mobile) but the recipients are't getting them (Telecom).  I believe Vodofone can't receive pix anyway (correct me please if I am wrong), but would have thought Telecom phones would.  Can go to an email address though.  Interested to know who else is having problems with the pix part of messaging.  Also believe once you're hooked into taking a phone, that the customer service falls away, based on the response and assistance I received for these problems.

Vodafone can receive photo messages from the Telecom network and vice versa. I suggest you contact TCL on 0508 55550.
