A question for everyone:
How do you determine that the issue is with the ISP and not inside your home (e.g. computer/switch/router), what steps do you go through to troubleshoot? 

 

In my case:

 

  • Reboot wireless aps, try again
  • Reboot switch and router, try again
  • Check ISP outages
  • Check GZ

 

When I fired up my work laptop I didn’t notice the problem right away as some sites/services worked. I tried a trace route to 1.1.1.1 and was getting pings past hop 1 which indicated to me my gear was fine.
