chiefie: But there's nothing special nothing exclusive with the "special offer" link though... it's unconventional way of "available from midnight" sale... sneaky sidedoor/backdoor sale.

Maybe it's just too late, but what????

I bought mine outright, and I'm just on YouChoose.

Some people are so quick to jump on the haterwagon round here, lol.

um, without a vodafone number you don't seem to be able to buy it outright?

I'm on prepay and it says I need to enter my number and my pin number.

Do you have a default pin number on prepay or something?

MisterChief, people on prepaid and people not with VFNZ can't buy the iPhone yet.

I had to log in through 'My Vodafone' first. Might pay to do that / sign up?

spazz, you had an plan which had a pin and was on account, you could thus use the e-mail vouchers. I'm not with VFNZ (at all) and I'm wanting the phone outright, which was said to be available now but isn't.

Oh...

I hope they open it up for everyone soon.

Yeh thats what I was thinking because I have a prepaid number but the special offer only applies to those who want to sign for a new plan or who are on an existing account. Maybe they are waiting for all the pre-registration offers to be sold before we can buy outright?

I created an account and logged in. Still not available for outright purchase if you dont have an existing plan.

the whole process seems inconsistent..

for people on plans the voucher says:

"existing on account Vodafone customer"

then clicking on it, it becomes:

"On your existing iPhone plan"

That or they are just rewarding people already with vodafone by letting them buy the phones first.

It'd be nice if they told us that. The e-mail says otherwise... Grr :/

I am experiencing the same problem, and I am on pre-pay. Just wondering, is pre-pay considered a plan as well? If so we might be able to order it and get the dock station, no?
