I ordered online at midnight using the free iPhone dock promotion email but only got the first (order confirmation) email at 1203. No more contact since then :(

Anyone know a phone number for the online store so I can find out what's happening? Can't find one anywhere on their web site.

It's hidden, that's why. It is 0800 837 867.

Cool, rang them, got though quickly (surprised by that!), spoke to a nice woman with a sexy voice who was friendly (another surprise) she said there'd been an error and she apologised (another surprise) and fixed it there and then and my invoice email came through right away (yet another surprise)!!! This is the first time ever that I have been happy with Vodafone customer service!!!

Just ordered mine after midnight on the iPhone 40 plan. Got a call from Vodafone that I have to supply a copy of my passport before Monday. I've e-mailed it to them, looks like next week..

@psychrn Did you pay for a same-day delivery. I wonder whether they will refund the $20 if you don't get the phone delivered today.

I dont see why not.

They advertised it as "same day delivery", so technically they have to.

arrggggh. 10 minutes waiting to talk to CSR. Takes my order number and then vodafone system crashes so he cant look it up.

Then I just get fobbed off with we got a lot of orders and are processing them as fast as we can.

I hate VF.

haha, I had a similar explanation - although apparently he's put me up further in the queue - dunno if that's possible but if so then cool.

Nice guy though, and a kiwi so that counts for something!

Interesting how I hear people telling me similar stories with the same excuse, every time.

Is the CSR calling you back? Do you have a case number? If not, call up again. Don't trust they will call you back...
