My local speeds aren't too bad at the moment (11:30pm), but international isn't fantastic. I'm on 50/2 cable.

Connection hasn't been terrible tonight. It hasn't been great either, but it's pretty usable.

International bandwidth leaves a lot to be desired, but that's just like most nights.

Still hopeful that international bandwidth improves substantially once the upgrades are all in place.

Not much more to say. :P

International changes will come but top of the list is getting the new hardware in place to sort out the Core and Node congestion

I just hit buffering on a YouTube video. A 360p video. At 1:30 in the morning.

Sometimes there just aren't any words...

Go node W87! :)  (Out of interest, when it comes to changes like this, I'm assuming W87A, W87B, W87C, etc. all wrap up into the main node that is being upgraded to - i.e. they are more just sub-distribution node type things?)

Things looking up?  This seems reasonable given that the US is its full business day so traffic from coast to coast is going to be busy.

Staying in Wellington. Check out my AirBnB in the Wellington CBD.  https://www.airbnb.co.nz/h/wellycbd  PM me and mention GZ to get a 15% discount and no AirBnB charges.
