I have tried to call onenz support and just got told to talk to Google to guarantee my resolution. Am in wellington and have had an issue intermittently this past week. It's really frustrating and considering moving after 15 years with the.

Just had a call from one nz and they have escalated my incident up so hopefully it gets resolved! They have acknowledged that other customers are affected as well(only in wellington seems). Also gave me 100gb of mobile data so i guess thats a bonus lol

Hello,

I've been informed that the likely cause has been identified and the team are now isolating where it has broken specifically.
