I'm finding it much snappier.
The lock screen music widget when headphones are plugged in is a great touch, So far seems to have more pauses when listening to music though.

Battery life doesn't seem too different.
The Screen colour levels options have been buried somewhere i cannot find or removed entirely, it seems far more saturated colour wise than i'm used to.

Anyone know when samsung will roll out this update OTA? My disksmith purchased phone that isn't tied to any NZ network, hasn't received an OTA update for about a year and is still on version 4.1.2. I have checked and it says I have got the latest update.

Have you checked the CSC code? Only Samsung Korea knows when updates are pushed out

Oh yeah 4.3 is a great update, I just had a slightly earlier version of 4.3 installed before last night's update.

I had the same thing with my "100%" purchased phone. Connected it up to my PC and Kies detected new Firmware then downloaded & installed to phone in about 15 minutes.

Well the mrs phone is borked from this update. Wasn't showing OTA so installed kies and it said update available. Took us a day to realise she wasn't getting calls or texts.. Won't register on the network no matter how many resets or reflashes I do.

Phone is only a month old so back to jb hifi it goes... She's not happy with me!

Is it possible to have update.zip file to upgrade my phone from 4.1.2 to 4.3? After downloading the update.zip, my phone is stuck on the Samsung logo. Now I have two options, either I do a full upgrade (and lose all my data) or some how find the update.zip .... so if someone got that file, please help me.

Just want to let you know that I have received another update from Samsung on my S3 today. I think it is a small patch to fix the lockscreen wake up problem.

It is 13.14MB in size and it said to be added new feature. Not sure what it is yet.

My device current info:

Baseband version: I9300XXUGNB1
Kernel: 3.0.31-2372379 dpi@HP19 #1 Mon Feb 17 19:29:50 KST 2014
Build number: JSS15J.I9300XXUGNB4

Could this be a patch for KitKat preparation?

Still no 4.3 for the 4G S3 yet?
@johnr was 4.3 for GT-I9300 & GT-I9305 approved by Vodafone at same time?
