mine wasn't a resign, I ordered mine outright on Friday and it hasn't arrived. I wonder if some individual stores still have them and it's just the online store that is sold out?

Ill just have to pay full resign price

psychrn: I ordered mine midnight on launch day.
Im a resign which wasnt due untill 11th July for my 12 months to go over. ( 1 day later)
My online order states we are looking at your order....
I rang up this morning -Guess what. They are out of stock and not sure when new stock arrives. !!!!
So the ordering process im not happy with. Obviously the resign factor put me back in the que. But others I heard got theres so something isnt right.??

That really isn't fair. Did you get any email confirmation of the order that states the time?
Maybe you could push them for a credit? Worth a try?

This will probably piss alot of people off, but i just walked into a shop at 10:30am on Friday and said can you sell me an iphone outright, they said yes as long as i was on a plan (anyplan), i'm on the started 600 so i just brought one, the only thing is that i had to pay an extra 2.5% for using my credit card, i didn't care as i knew i was bucking the system.
the iphone rocks, i'm also glad i don't have this yellow problem or just that i don't know what im looking for as this is my first iphone

Just got the email saying they're packing my order up for delivery. Looks like they're getting through them now... I did call though so anyone that hasn't heard anything might want to call them (0800 837 867)

Good to know though, am tempted to buy one myself before moving over to the dark side!

Further developments.
I was going to cancel my order.
Rang back Tom at Online store.'
They still have black Iphone 32 Gb.'He will cancell my white order.
I redo the order for a black.
I ring back and he redoes my original voucher.
I get phone in a few days.
At least I dont loose my voucher

Yeah just called, thanks for the 0800 btw. White orders only affected (and that seems fixed now) and people with orders "should" be ok. They expect to clear the order list by......Tuesday/Wednesday sigh.

Just called Vodafone myself to see where my order (32GB Black, ordered 12:09AM Friday) was at, and I was told that I should reciece the phone on Thursday or Friday. About 10 mins later got 2nd email to say it was processed and being prepared for shipping...

Cries.

They called me (since my post above - things must be moving up there) and were you cant re-sign early. I said yes I can there is a note on my file. Gone to a "manager" to sort it out so I get to sit and wait for a while now. Wonders if all this hassle is worth it and I should have just paid full price when had one in my hands Friday and gone to XT network.
