I rang TCL last week to upgrade my plan from 60gb to 90gb, and was told it would be done over the weekend. Hadn't been done today so I rang back. Was told that the delay was because the 90gb plan was no longer available, ditto the 120gb plan. Instead they are putting me on a 100mb/sec, 100gb plan for $115 a month, but that it will require a new modem install (makes sense if DOCSIS3).
Any official comment from TCL on this?
