Hi guys,

Anyone else notice that they haven't received many text messages today?
This evening I got told off by my partner for not replying to a message I did not receive, strange. Two hours later I get a message from a customer of mine, she's been messaging me all day apparently, not a sausage from her to my phone though, except the latest angry one.
Strange thing is I have been getting messages from other people, both Vodafone and Telecom.

I rang the service desk and logged a call, the lady sent me two messages from her system, I got one.
Very strange

404 not found!

sorry after reading the "101"

In any moment of decision, the best thing you can do is the right thing, the next best thing is the wrong thing, and the worst thing you can do is nothing.

Experiencing this in Marlborough yesterday and today. Tried calling help desk several times from mobile and landline and disappeared into a black hole every time.

Thanks John - and thanks for taking the time to answer my concerns here.

Looks like it was a handset issue as I am sure they often are! :)
Regardless - all working well now after trying the sim in a couple of other handsets and factory defaults.
