Call it irony possibly, but after 3 iPhone launches where nothing (if anything) happened, I see Vodafone's Lambton Quay store has a big party for the Galaxy SIII launch today. Complete with a ZM Black Thunder who I can hear from my office, crowd fences for the rush, staff in space suits, and a barista no less!

Where is the irony sorry? It's like ten thousand spoons when all you need is a knife.

This launch was kind of a big deal because they were promoting the Galaxy S3 with the trip to space. Hence the funky spacedude, which I might add as an aside, was rather attractive for a fake astronaut.

So much space, gotta see it all.

Props to them for a smooth launch. Wish they were as organized with the Apple launches before 'souring' up the relationship. No insane queues for hours either

While true....It wasn't intended to be a compliment either. The Samsung rep refused to answer my question on how many phones they sold this morning (or have in stock for that matter).

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

Am I missing something ?

For the same monthly price 2D have more than double the calls, the same text and slightly more data.

No, I missed that. If the 1GB bonus data is for the whole term then that's very good.
