Hi, was wondering if someone could please help. I have configured our VFX line with Bria and it works flawlessly over WiFi. However when I'm not using WiFi and my iPhone is connected to the Vodafone 3G network the call will disconnect after 30 seconds? Is there a setting I may have missed?

Sounds like a SIP timer is dropping the call, which I would guess is probably caused by ACK's not being received correctly.

Bria should work fine have used it over Vodafone on regular occasions on my iphonr,

You could try the Transport layer, default will be UDP move it to TCP and see if that makes a difference , also check your topology settings, what is your Mobile keep alive set to ? ... mine is 9

If you send me the details of a call I will take a look

Sbiddle and Maverick thank you both for your replies.

Maverick after I changed the transport layer from UDP to TCP it seems to be all working fine now, so really appreciate your help.

Cheers
