Anyone know another way to check voicemail messages from another phone?

Short story is my personal mobile is on Vodafone, my work phone is TelstraClear (mobile). I've tried calling 021 700 700 and I just get the message that "The number you have called is inactive or not currently valid".

Left my mobile at home and I need to get a message off it!

I have done is plenty of times from a normal Lan phone and it works perfectly calling 021 700700

Never tried it via another mobile phone though

Yeah, works fine from a landline, but I'm on the road today.

I just tried 021700700 from my mobile (021 number ported to XT), and it worked fine. Worth trying +6421700700?

+6421700700 is only the international format for 021700700

Did you mean call the TelstraClear voicemail and then press *??

Just to reiterate the phone I'm calling from is a TelstraClear mobile and I'm trying to access the voicemail on my voda connection.

The OP stated that calling 021700700 resulted in "The number you have called is inactive or not currently valid", so won't be able to press anything to get to voicemail.

TCL customers use different routing rules so can't call 021700700 so call your own Vodafone number and press # when the Voicemail answers
