I'm considering changing to TCL and was wondering what peoples experiences are with performance as I have heard some not good stories and was wondering if they are regional or not ?

I can say that I have been on TCL DSL in Wgtn now for 6 weeks 

The performance has been not really any different to my previous ISP and this was determined by actual usage and speedtest.net and other tests

I am very happy with the service and  italso  saves me over $300 per annum

Performance depends on many factors like are you connecting to the cable or ADSL network? If ADSL the distance from the exchange / cabinet then the quality of the wiring in your house
