Can't call to TCL 0508 888 800 anymore from 831-XXXX.

Is it only me?

Yeah I had this problem yesterday...Wasn't a big inconvenience though as the number could be called free from a cellphone.

I tried calling ASB freephone yesterday and had to try a couple of times before the call was connected.  First few times I got the Neil Waka message saying "call cannot be connected at this time".

But knowing the way Phil operates these sorts of minor issues should be ironed out shortly I would expect.

I just tried this from my 09-950 xxxx number, and same result - number not in service.

No definitely looked like a routing issue and it was, should all be okay this morning from 06.15, had to do with a routing change for this number range...apologies for the inconvenience
