signed up to bestmate days ago on supa prepay. got confirmation txt ,and bestmates number is correct.

had about $6 or $7 credit left after the cost of bestmate, and made a video call to bestmate today, it cut me off after 5 mins or so, and now when i try and make a voice call, it says i have no credit and must top up.

soooo.... it charged me for the video call, and wont let me make any free calls to my bestmate.

called 777, they advise VERY long waits

any idea of whats going on?

Maybe that's why they haven't offered Bestmate to On Account customers yet. I suppose they want to iron out the bugs before they get everyone onto the same billing platform.

Don't worry, On Account customers (well myself at least) have plenty of other billing issues (stuff subscriptions keep appearing) to worry about...

I had that problem too, Vodafone tried telling me I signed up for them, I told them I hadn't and they said someone else must have gotten my phone and signed up to them..... that really pissed me off because i was argueing with the representitive saying no one else uses me phone, yet she kept saying there was no other way.

That was about 6 months ago thouigh and all is sorted now.

Tony Hughes? I don't think so... Also, what kind of self-system is so bad that would allow bad setup?
