Does anyone know if Telstraclear have any plans to release a T-Box remote control app here in NZ, since it would appear they've got one in australia:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=netgem.telstra

I don't know if there are technical diffeences between the australian device and our one that would make this difficult. If it was just a case of using a different server data feed, it would be nice to get this.

Can only wish. Was on my list of should haves back in the Beta for the box (considering Sky has one). At that stage was told no plans for that or a playback list which was the other big should have item.

The .au and .nz units are totally different.

Check out the Tbox thread and find the name of the vendor that makes their box and then check out the vendors web site to see what they say about an android remote.

Don't like your chances any time soon though. The last 6 months have just been about trying to debug the thing and keep it stable for the power users.
