Hi, I got a new sim thru work today and can't get mobile internet to work. I'm sure all the settings are correct, been over it several times. Handset is a GalaxyS i9000. My previous Vodafone sim and settings were all good, so I don't think its a phone issue. Any news is good news.

Cheers

Was the connection migrated from Vodafone prepay to Telstraclear (MVNO) today?

My current settings are exactly what is suggested for an I9000 on the TC website.

Not sure what MVNO is, but yeah I went from VF prepay to TC.

Ok so if you went from Vodafone Prepay to TCL packet data will not work till the following morning about 2.30am

So data should be up and going today, If not PM me the mobile number and I will need to do a quick check

The issue is not with the settings on your handset, You need to go back to Telstreclear and it's a 10 second fix,

Sorry I can't resolve it as you are not a Vodafone customer,

John
