Got my pap2t about five days ago and signed up with the service.

The whole process was a brezze and all the Worldxchange staff I dealt with gave great customer service! Which really does make a pleasant change compared to dealing with CSRs at other companies

The call quality has been really good, for the first few days I was on tender hooks expecting people I was talking to to say "what the hell is wrong with your phone". A slight echo has been noticed by the other party at times but nothing more than a cellphone, I should point out that I have no QOS/packet prioritisation in place.

I think the added features provided are fantastic value and the webportal is really handy.

I really was dubious that things would 'just work' after my italk experience, but they have! So far it really does seem like a completely useable replacement for the telecom landline.
