So I topped up my prepaid mobile phone via [Westpac phonebanking] and accidentally typed in $200 instead of my usual $20. I contacted Vodafone straight away and told them that it was an error and that I want to be refunded $180 as I do not need $200 credit,  they said that I am not able to get a refund until 7 working days. Im in a bit of dilemma here, as I am moving to Australia in less than 7working days, but do not mind waiting 7 working days as I am just going to leave my card with my mother. Has anyone ever been in a similar situation where they have needed to request a refund from vodafone, and was it an successful refund?, as in, there was no delay in receiving the refund etc. I just fear that I might not get my refund on time, or at all for that matter.
