as an ex ruralinzone customer recently switched over to farmside I have had heaps of problems now it seems farmside email server is down no emails via Outlook and I cannot get onto their website to access webmail as usual they are not answering they their help line or returning messages anyone out their know whats going on
Thanks for the PM with your number problem solved now but on friday morning I were one of those customer with an I direct modem not able to receive e-mail and unable to see your web page for information on how long you were going to be down. But at least your call center returned my call this time even if it was three days latter so your service is improveing
