All sorted - the CSR did something at their end and then I reset my modem.

I thought I'd post as when I called Vodafone's 0800 it was telling me "your call cannot proceed because of congestion".

This should be resolved now by the way.

I haven't been able to connect to quite a few us sites for the last hour, anyone else having problems?
