Hi,  just bought the new p990 this week finally...

I'm finding the people at vodafone very hard to get any answers about this phone.

I've only emailed,  I might try actually talking to a human next week.

I realise it is a very new phone,  but I would have thought they must know something.

Anyway,  does anyone out there know the best way or the best person to talk to?

There must be some insiders here?

Cheers in advance.

The Sony Ericsson support is very good and responsive: www.sonyericsson.co.nz.

I finally found it.  Both SonyEricsson and Vodafone couldnt tell me what or where it was.

AaronRong - the number you posted was the handset type.

If anyone cares here are the codes for the NZ release,  Ive found out via various forums that it is the latest firmware,  a new update is supposed to be imminent  -

Handset CXC 162037 - R7a001
Bluetooth CXC 162058 R4f01
Organiser CXC 162 036 R3B01
CDA 162008/37 R3a07

So,  for newbies like me,  the organiser code is the software that runs the phone - R3B01
