Ok guys, you have been so helpful so far I thought I might ask in here first before ringing Telstra,

I understand that if I am under a contract for triple services phone, tv, broadband and want to upgrade from 100gb warpspeed to 150gb I can without breaking terms of my contract but say I do upgrade from 100gb to 150gb and i'm on a 12 month contract and I am only two months into my contract will I have to have 150gb planfor 10 months or because my original contract was for 100gb I have the option to downgrade again if need be?,

Thanks =)

Hi Erica. You can upgrade to the 150G plan without breaking your contract, and you can downgrade again to 100G without breaking contract. You can make plan changes online from the website in Customer Zone /My Profile. (Click the orange 'Order or change products' button in the right-hand panel.

There are instructions here

Cheers, Gary
