I just tried activating Call Forward Always on my VFX account through the VFX Manager application but it doesn't seem to actually forward incoming calls. Is this a plus feature?

If you are using Chrome you will notice a little small shield up in the right hand corner of the navigation bar, click that and it will let you through.  We hope to have a fix for this shortly, it seems to be related to something that was changed recently in Chrome.

We are also looking into the VFX manager now, more on that soon :)

Thanks

Josh

We ran some tests here and found out the problem... I set Call Forward to my mobile phone, and to test it I used Skype to call my landline. Since I don't have a Skype number but have my mobile number associated with my Skype acocunt, this is the calling party presented to VFX.

VFX rightly decided that if the calling party is the same destination for the call forward then nothing should happen, the call proceeds to the landline.

An incoming call from a third party number correctly forwarded to my mobile.

Too clever for us humans ;)

Thanks Josh!
