HI
I would appreciate a hand with my settings.

I have no incoming call but outgoing works.

Free pbx distro with asterisk 1.8.13.0

This is behind a pfsense firewall with ports natted through and have another sip trunk with another provider working fine.

trunk settings under peer details:

disallow=all
type=peer
context=from-trunk-dvx
fromuser=995xxxxx
host=pan.wxnz.net
insecure=invite,port
canreinvite=no
nat=yes
secret=Pxxxxxxxxxxx
username=wxxxxxxxxx
fromdomain=as.wxcnz.net
dtmfmode=rfc2833
allow=ulaw&alaw
registertimeout=20
regseconds=180
if i debug the peer i get:

Reliably Transmitting (NAT) to 58.28.20.150:5060:

Hi Chris,

Looked into this one some more and can see we are getting a timeout on the invite after 8secs. Would appear to be a firewall issue, either you are not getting the invite or we are not getting your response.

Some feed back for any others that may run into an issue with PFsense 2.01 and multiple sip trunks to different ITSP's
Appears the pfsense was dropping the sessions and could be observed in Diagnostic: Show State.

I changed the following and it appears to be working:

1. ChangedFirewall Optimization Options to conservative - System: Advanced:Firewall and Nat
2. Inbound nat rule for RTP ports
3. No inbound nat rule for 5060
4. Outbound nat rule for the internal ip to our specific wan nat address with static option ticked.

wan 10.x.x.x/31 * * * 58.28.1xx.xx * yes Voice outbound

remember to clear state after changes.

So far so good Smile

Thanks for your help
Chrs
