I changed the way you receive your online bill under my user profile online to receive it online only, & your supposed to receive it sent to your e-mail address instead of in the mail but also can view it on your telstraclear online profile

does these get sent out later than the normal monthly bills sent by post? cause usually I would have my bill posted to me by now but don't seem to have anything sent to me online or e-mail

thanks
Erica

I too have no online bill for this month available yet, and expect it would be there by now.

What puzzles me about TelstraClear billing is the company seems to give customers an unusually short time to pay. Looking at my last four bills, the difference between statement date and due date has been 16 to 20 days. But the printed bills arrive around 10-12 days after the statement date - I've no idea why it takes that long, perhaps TelstraClear takes the phrase "snail mail" literally and delivers the bills to NZ Post on a snail-drawn sled? Anyway, that means a bill usually arrives in the mail box around 8-10 days before the due date.

I just checked online again today, and my September bill is there finally - 12 days before the due date.

Slightly off topic, but if you have recently changed from TC's packages to the new home packages, make sure they pro rata the portion of the old package. They didnt on mine and I picked it up on my latest bill. They subsequently credited me the $40 due, but after I had to spend some time talking to someone in their call center who didn't understand me correctly. Not sure if they use an overseas call centre.

I have a feeling they do, or they were trialling one, at least.

If this is the first time you are to be sent your bill via email I would suggest you login to the TelstraClear customer zone where you can view your last 3 bills on line and see if this months is there.
If it is then check to see that your email details you have set are correct/no typos.
