It sounds like the CEO is trying to rev everybody up.  Not a very nice way to send your staff home for Christmas I wouldn't have thought.  I can't argue with his sentiments though:

TCL is "like a Walt Disney Bambi character. We are not Uma Thurman in Kill Bill, we are more like Captain Feathersword in The Wiggles, all bluster and no action".
