Can somebody please advise if or when Visual Voicemail will be available on the Vodafone network.

Is that you, Russell Stanners, Vodafone CEO?

Sorry it's not, but if I was I would be sending a directive to "make it happen" :)

Seriously though, this is something that's been available for years in AU but nothing happened here. Not sure it will.

Vodafone made encouraging noises about this some years ago. Cue appropriate mournful song about wasted years:

But the correct answer is - yes - when a very hot place freezes over.

Telecom has a service which comes close to VVM:

http://telecom.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3251/~/voicemail-viewer

Telecom's VV service sends the phone number and time and a direct link to the message so you don't have to go through them all.

Vodafone sends missed calls texts and separate voicemail notifications but as you probably know these do not come close to equaling Telecom's VV service.

I'm sure johnr will viciously savage this post in less than a second if voda has anything better going on ;   ).
