Did you ask the store if the phone was compatible with Vodafone Live! before you purchased it? If they said yes then take it back to Parallel Imported and ask them how to set it up for you.

Return it to place of purchase and ask them to fix it

Don't take the answer ring Vodafone the importer has to support the device as it was not purchased from Vodafone authorised dealer!!

the downfalls of purchasing from a third party importer....

The big bonus being that you don't have the horrible vodafone firmware :-)

they will work though you might have to be persistent. you will not be able to download videos or other rich content from vodaLIVE though things like news and email will still work.

remeber you can find score of free ringtones on the net or just chop up a song and put it on.
