Hey guys,

I just got convinced to port my number from my voda plan to a Telecom one.

So port is all done smoothly now I want to pay my Vodafone bill but I can't login online or through the app with my phone number anymore (I am guessing due to the port).

I don't think I associated an email with the online login - or at least I can't figure out which it is.

Sooo, how do I give Vodafone my money?

You can call the CSR and ask how to pay.

Okay thanks - my only question there is what happens if the contract was not in my name? Will they still let me pay it.

Give them the account number and it should be no issue, You just advise them you want to pay what is owing

I take it you know the PIN?

Johns right you won't be able to pay via the manage your account method as it will have been disabled when your phone number left our network (we have raised this with our online team). For this payment I would recommend either call us to make a one off payment or if you like PM me and I'll be happy to call you. The other option is take your final invoice into a post shop and pay over the counter with them.

Vodafone staff. You'll see me on the @vodafoneNZ twitter account and Vodafone NZ facebook page signing off as ^CB

Sorry to be a troll, but Vodafone is a company all about communications, you.have.a.phone.
Why didn't you think to call them?
