We've been getting reports this afternoon of TC customers not able to access our hosted services. Doesn't appear any other clients are affected.

Anyone aware of any issues between TC & Vocus today?

telstraclear historically can have problems if they send data to you internationally and you return it nationally, leading to not being able to access web sites. it's best to get someone with a connectivity issue to traceroute, but if for some reason advertisements to them aren't getting out to them nationally then ping/traceroute will be fine but web sites offline. the workaround is to send traffic to them back out international paths if yuo can.

if you're hosting internationally then that's not such an issue. in general, traceroutes and the results of dns lookups could be helpful.
