Hi all

I start my service with xnet next week and will be first on on dsl I'm coming from Telstra cable :-o

That aside I'm getting the impression that since I will be using an adsl modem in conjunction with my existing wireless router that my modem will need to support what is termed 'half bridge mode' which would rule out the use of a dlink 502T [which I can get cheap on trademe] as apparently that doesn't support 1/2 bridge mode, is this true ?

What other modems are peps using on xnet to front their own router ?

Regards

Hopefully no longer an issue

I have got myself a Dynalink rta1320 'modem' for $20 which does support the half bridge mode and I know other xnet customers are using in conjuction with routers
