We recently moved and I have updated my address using the xport website for the emergency services, but the billing address has not updated and I can’t see how to change it online - can I do it, or do I need to call?

Unfortunately it's not possible to update the billing address online, you'll have to give us a call on 0800 123 123 and speak to one of the customer care team.
I'll raise this query with our development team as it would be handy to do this via the Xport Portal.
