Hi all having a rant here while waiting (again) for the TC call centre to answer...

I signed up for TC broadband; service started 8 November 2011.  Was billed every month from 8th to following 7th.  Changed ISP; new service started 8 November 2012.  I reckon I was with TC for exactly one year.

Now the fun part - I've received a $199 bill for early termination fee.  Why? Because my contract date was 14th November 2011 - i.e. it took 6 days from when the service started to when the contract started.  So according to TC I terminated 6 days early.

Fair? I don't think so!

Still no answer from the call centre, so I'll hang up now and press "Post new topic"
