Vodafone have a major P1 IN issue that is effecting all WxC 0800's when dialled from the Vodafone network, Call to 0800's will fail when dialed from the Vodafone network.

This occurred at approx 9:10 this morning and is still ongoing, we do not have any ETR as the information from Vodafone is very light at this stage, however the fault is tagged as a P1 fault by Vodafone.

FYI this issue affects 0800 numbers hosted with TelstraClear as well.

TCL business faults have called me back twice and say vodafone advise estimated fix is 13 hours (not sure where the 13 hours comes from, must be a major though).

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

No one from Vodafone across this issue has advised 13 hours for the fix

I didn't think they would have.

I assume it is more likely that vodafone have said nothing officially, but TCL know it is major and have to advise their business customers something, so they have come back with a number that for most of us means 'it won't be fixed for work today'.
