Hi there

Anyone else having response intermittent issues in connecting to ClearNet POP mail from outlook over TCL Cable Broadband.

We are in Chch and note it is timing out frequently over last few days.

Latency is superb here and should perform well, suspect TCL are mucking about with network/or mail servers?

Gmail POP works fine!

Cheers

Hi Quinny - thanks for the reply....

TCL need to get there act together, but cannot be bothered wasting my time in a TCL call-centre queue talking to the Phillipines crew!

Cheers

So perhaps go to their office and complain to the receptionist? They might not even know if people don't report it.

Yes fully agree that posting can fix issues, raising them, TCL techs often read these forums.

Will log online if no fix soon....
