Im currently in an area where telstra's got cable broadband so internet speed has been quite good. But im moving into am area where they dont have the cable braodband available so they said i need to switch to their home phone + intenet package with a wireless modem supplied.

Im just worried if the internet speeds would be much different (slower) when we switch to the wireless option instead of the cale broadband. Any feedbacks?

wireless I take you mean WIFI it's only wireless between the router and your PC

Speed between exchange / cabinet to your house will depend on the distance and the quality of the house wiring
