I have a couple of VFX lines and am adding a multi line SIP phone to the office with 2talk lines.  I would like to be able to add the VFX line to as well as keeping the current SPA21012 access for the vfx line as well.

Is it possible to have multiple SIP access to a VFX line and if so how?

For residential users your option would be to provision another number and setup sim ring for your existing 2102 number on it.

Thanks Nicholas.  Do I do that from the VFX website control panel?

Would need to contact our sales team as it would require adding to your account.

OK, as soon as I have the phone setup I will ring support.  Any charge for that?

Not sure on the costings off the top of my head, but I think the sim ring feature is only available with the advanced feature pack, so be sure to ask them about the costings on that as well.
