Getting the following screen when attempting to access my cable usage meter stats after login in.

any one else getting this or is it just me?

Hi Garfield. I've just checked my own cable account and it's working fine for me. If you're still having trouble please give customer service a call and one of the team will look in it for you.

When I log in with my "ID" - I get the "not authorised" message.

When I log in with my account number and account password - I get in no problem.

Looks like it's a problem with the User ID authentication.
