Our xnet service is down, so is the xnet website. Assume they are related. The vfx phone does work however yet it's 2 in the morning so no one is answering. :)
Curious. How does the system provide vfx service yet no internt access

There was an issue effecting some parts of the ISP, why VFX was still working is a bit of Magic, apologies for the downtime.

Why does VFX keep on working when the internet is down? They are carrier grade and not "also does VoIP".
