Hi There!

I have a customer who has a home ADSL Connection with TCL. I am wondering if it's possible that TCL are Filtering or shaping traffic in some way, or have some form of proxy, specifically affecting ports in the 40000-50000 range, as we are having some traffic transfer issues (Not torrent) relating to remote control software we use. He has his firewall off and I don't believe the problem is at the source or final part of the destination.

TelstraClear never filtered or shapped the connection. They do have a proxy but it works on port 80 only FWIW.

Are all ports needed correctly forwarded to the appropriate IP address?
