It seems like the TelstraClear existing customer situation is confusing I can see they have new cable plans. One of which is the 60gb plan, Which is $20 cheaper than what I am currently.
But as far as I know, I will be left paying $20 more each month unless I change plan. But there has been no information on how to do that sent to existing customers.
How do I migrate my login to a vodafone login where I can set my plan etc. Logging in with my account number just results in a legacy telstraclear page (which doesn't help).
I don't want to be paying more than I need to be.
