Here we go again. Getting "Sorry, you are not authorised to access this information for this account" after login into My Profile to access the Cable Usage Meter.
it's a re-occurrence previously covered in this thread: http://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?forumid=44&topicid=115041 back on the 12th of March 2012.

No issues for me... seems it might be different to the 12th March issue. Although, someone else may encounter the same message you have.

yeah, if I use my user-id and user-id password I get the failure, but if I use the account-number and account-number password then I can access it.

I've always used my account number and password to access our TC profile. Never set-up a user-id.

Got the same error on our ADSL meter. It worked fine yesterday.

Same error for me, also can't access associated webmail for linked email addresses.




Sometimes I use big words I don't always fully understand in an effort to make myself sound more photosynthesis.
