Is anyone else experiencing slow site loading on cable today? ebay, a glasses website, all a bit slow.

If so is it related to some outage I read about in the past couple of days?

My Chch cable connection atm:

I've got a connection with another ISP running through the same hardware (modem excluded) at my end without any issues.
