  Hi,
I see that this issue has been posted before but I have called the help desk and they were not able to help. I have openvfx and have just replaced my spa2102 with a new fritzbox 7390. Everything works fine, except for incoming calls. When someone calls they simply get a "We didn't recognise the number you dialed error message"
I phoned the help desk and they said that there is nothing wrong with my registration and I can make outgoing calls no problems.
  Any ideas?

  My phone number is : 09 263 9881
  My settings are
  Ticked: "Use Internet Telphone Number"
  Internet Phone number: 92639881
  Username: My Authid
  Passowrd: My Password
  Registrar: pan.wxnz.net
  Proxy: "Blank"
Ticked: " Use Telephone Number for registration"

Everything else on the page is not checked. Is there a setting I have missed?

  P-J

Thanks Maverick thats fine now. I did suggest to the help desk guy but he didn't think that would be it. Also I seem to remember that we used to be able to do this on the xport portal before, but I couldn't find it.

Thanks.

Hi P-J,

I'll follow this up with Operations and ensure the Helpdesk are getting this checked prior to recommending Geekzone for assistance.

Thanks
