I changed from 60GB to 150GB naked cable after the price drop.
Opened the bill today and I have been charged the old ($155) 150GB price not the new ($95) price.
Rang Vodafone, yes it is a Sunday. About a 5 minute wait (it is Sunday) and all fixed in 5 minutes.
Thanks Vodafone, you made an error, getting it fixed was easy.

i had the same issue on this billing cycle changed from 40 to 60gb (Cable Plan) and saved $10, but was never completly actioned to complete the billing side of things, And to the credit of the staff member i spoke with all sorted out in 5 minutes with a credit for the incorrect billing to bring me back to the orignal price.

Two thumbs up Vodafone

Same thing here. Except I didn't switch, I was a new customer. So was completely confused when the $155 bill came through, not being aware that this was an old price. Everywhere I had seen online, and all the call centre people I spoke to reflected the $96 price. Thanks for the heart attack Vodafone!
