Hi there,

I'm a prepaid customer, and I was just wondering since I have a large amount of credit on my phone, I don't want to go out and buy a new sim card, but due to somebody who I don't want to have my number obtaining my number. I want to change numbers, and is it possible that Vodafone can change my number without me having to go out and buy a new sim?

Hi Paul

Policy is purchase a new prepay SIM pack and you can request credit to be moved from one prepay account to another under certain circumstances, I am sure we can do something for you in this case
