Hi Xnet Staff,

I just just wanted to thank you all for a trouble-free, easy-as-pie switchover from my normal broadband plan to the broadband/phone (VOIP) combo. I've had one or two issues with Xnet support over the years I've been with Xnet but that's all water under the bridge and your support was superb, simple and brilliant. Whatever you've done to manage this side of your biz works a treat. Thank you!

The addition of being able to have my phone's headset volume digitally adjusted upwards was the icing on the cake.

For the first time in a long time I've been able to make calls without the nervous tension that comes from not being able to hear properly. I think there would be quite a few deaf folks who would really appreciate this volume-boost feature of VFX. Why not make it a selling point in your promotions. Word travels fast in the hearing-disabled community.

Cheers ~ John
