Hi bjorn,

You will need to have :

Phone number : Your phone number without the leading 0
Registrar address : pan.wxnz.net
Auth Realm : pan.wxnz.net
Auth ID: (paste AuthUser from your welcome email)
Password : (paste AuthPassword from your welcome email)

Sip Proxy shouldn't need it with registrar address filled in, but if you do (Inbound and Outbound) : 58.28.20.150

PM me your phone number if this doesn't work, and i'll check it on our end to see if we are getting anything from your device.

Have you told them you want to use "OpenVFX" ie: use your own hardware instead of their recommend hardware with automatic provisioning?

I think they should give you the settings via email then.

You can see the settings for some other devices for OpenVFX at this link below and work out what goes where in the TP Link
http://help.xnet.co.nz/categories/Open+VFX%7B47%7DDVX/

Also good luck, no guarantee your TP Link will work correctly or have configuration for all the options you need to be able to set.
